Our owner, Shawn T. Najowicz has worked in residential and commercial design and construction for over 14 years.
Our Mission:
To give our customers the flexibility to design and build their own custom home. To offer a full line of services to all of our customers. To make the experience of building a custom home enjoyable.
Our Philosophy:
We don’t believe in selecting your new home from a catalog, that is just impersonal. Why should you select a home that you had no opinion and thought into? Why select from a list of options when you can get it all from the beginning. We feel that getting to know our customers personally helps aid us in the design and construction of their new custom home. Unlike tract builders and large development builders, we are able to customize your home to fit your lifestyle. Whether you enjoy entertaining friends and family or just like to watch movies.
